Every massage type costs the same within a clinic, so you only need to pick your clinic and how long you want. All prices are plus 5% GST, with direct billing to most insurance plans.

Using firm, sustained pressure and slow strokes, deep tissue massage breaks down adhesions and restores normal movement patterns. Particularly effective for people with chronic muscle pain, postural problems, or recovery from physical activity. Some temporary soreness following treatment is normal and resolves within a day or two.

Your RMT begins with an assessment to understand your concerns, then applies targeted techniques to support recovery and long-term function. Therapeutic massage is covered by most extended health plans in Alberta. We submit claims directly so you can focus on your session rather than paperwork.

Relieves lower back pain, reduces swelling in the legs and feet, eases hip discomfort, and improves sleep quality throughout pregnancy. Our RMTs are trained in positioning and pressure adjustments to ensure your comfort and safety at every stage. Prenatal massage is available from the second trimester onward. Always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning.
Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers, with no upfront payment required. We submit your claim directly so you can enjoy your session worry-free. Please bring your insurance information to your first appointment.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $40 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. This allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
